International Use
Neither Quality Firewood, enetservice Inc. nor its affiliates make any representation that Materials on this site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Order Cancellation Policy.

You may cancel your order anytime up to 1 hour after you have placed your order. If after 1 hour, a 20% a restocking and a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply.

Return Policy.

You may return your order within 30 days. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns. You must inform Quality Firewood in writing within 30 days from your purchase that you wish to return the merchandise. You are responsible for returning the merchandise to quality firewood. If you request that quality firewood pick up your order, a $30.00 per 4'x4' stack of firewood pickup fee as well as a $50.00 fuel fee will apply. Orders that are more than 50 miles from Becker, will be charged an additional $1.00 fee per mile fuel charge. Quality firewood is not obligated to render its services for pickup, and will evaluate each order on an individual basis for pick up approval. All fee's must be paid before the time of pickup in the form of cash or credit.

Repeat customer Policy.
